Participants will learn the several different dishes perfect for those wishing to make a special breakfast the next morning for mother's day or any day of the year!

Ages 11-15

Class is taught by Katie Baas of Lucky Star Catering.  Chef and owner, Katie Baas created Lucky Star Catering as an expression
of her love for food.  Katie's food harkens to her southern & midwestern roots...familiar, comfortable recipes using the freshest ingredients. She specializes in the rustic & pastoral culinary traditions of using local, seasonal ingredients. After living and cooking in Vermont for over 20 years, she has immense gratitude for the agricultural spirit here in the Green Mountains. Her goal is to share all of this with her clients.

Our menus are seasonally inspired, and we are lucky to have several farms in our region that supply us with beautiful, fresh produce almost all year long!
